Constantinos M. Kalergis is a Consulting Engineer, President and Managing Director of the company ROIKOS ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS SA. He started his career in the Water Resources & Environment Department of the Civil Engineering Faculty at the National Technical University of Athens, Greece, taking an active part in the educational procedures and participating in many international research projects and specialized studies. In 1995 he co-founded the consultancy firm ROIKOS SA which he manages till to-date.
He has significant experience in project coordination, implementation and management of technical infrastructure studies and complex engineering projects. He has been commissioned and successfully managed numerous services contracts in various engineering fields (hydraulics, environmental, building, transportation, urban planning, cadastral, etc) in Greece and abroad. He is also rigorously involved, since many years, in legal issues related to public procurement, administrative law and public administration processes.
He has participated and participates in various institutional and advisory committees and working groups for technical sector. From 2012 to 2019 he was a member of the Board, Vice President and President of the Hellenic Association of Consulting Firms (HELLASCO). In 2019 he was elected General Secretary of the Hellenic Construction Industry Council (HCIC).
