Louvenia Chomata M.Sc.
Louvenia Chomata oversees the Development Activities division at DEPA. She has an academic background in engineering, finance, and business. She holds a diploma/MEng in civil engineering from NTUA, Greece, a minor in finance from DEREE College, Greece and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Duke University, USA. She has extensive experience in the project management of large-scale development projects. She has contributed to the successful delivery of multimillion dollar construction projects in New York by identifying and mitigating schedule and budget risks and managing multiple stakeholders. Currently she helps DEPA with the set-up and execution of new initiatives and projects. She focuses on market research, business analysis and evaluation of DEPA’s engagement in new areas of interest. She is skilled in project management, business analysis, negotiations, and business development.
