(Master field Gen. Contracting) Arathy K R is a dynamic commercial engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. She has over a decade’s experience in both pre- and post-contract domains, leaving a significant impact on various projects including residential and commercial buildings.

Arathy's career began with notable roles in a builder firm and then a government project aided by the World Bank in India. She has had the opportunity to collaboratively work with giant consultancies and renowned clients such as JLL, Leighton Asia, Godrej and Boyce among others.

Arathy’s expertise lies in cost estimation and management, and she effectively utilizes 5D Building Information Modeling (BIM) for precision. She is skilled in contract management and financial viability. She is also well-versed in key measurement standards including POMI, NRM, and CESMM and with important Conditions of Contract such as FIDIC (Red Book) and IS Codes.

Beyond her professional roles she is driven by a passion to create QS HUB, an online self-learning platform for Quantity Surveying and Contract professionals.
